ELCA has strong collaborations with  Healthy Children Project USA,           UNICEF and WHO

ELCA is Egypt’s IBFAN (International Baby Food Action Network)                representative. Through this              partnership, ELCA shared in the         conference and World breastfeeding  trends Initiative in Al Ain UAE             November 2009 and translated          WBTi material to Arabic for the Arab  World.

ELCA is also a member of VELB/       ELACTA (European Lactation             Consultant Alliance). The only  non    European member association.          ELCA represented Egypt in the          VELB (ELACTA) Conference, Basel,  Switzerland, (October 2010).
